Tom Taulli, who is the founder of Option Taxes, has over 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry.

He is the author of eight books on investments, such as High-Profit IPO Strategies: Finding Breakout IPOs for Investors and Traders, All About Commodities, All About Short Selling and Stock Options: Getting Your Share of the Action: Negotiating Shares and Terms in Incentive and Nonqualified Plans.

He is also the creator of WebIPO, which was one of the first websites to offer IPO shares during the 1990s.

As for Options Taxes, the focus is on helping those that have complex tax issues with equity compensation, like incentive stock options, nonqualified stock options and restricted stock grants.
